After growing up as one of four children on her family farm—smack dab in the middle of Rosetown and Biggar—Meaghan graduated from Rosetown Central High School and moved to the big city.
Saskatoon was home for a few years until she packed up and left for Edmonton, Alberta to pursue a post-secondary education. In 2004, Meaghan graduated from television broadcasting with honours from NAIT and began working for Global News in bridge city right after her internship.
For 14 years, Meaghan reported in the field on the evening news - covering everything from human interest stories, medical reports and high profile court cases.
In 2019, she made the bittersweet decision to work with stories of a completely different kind - two-storey, three storey homes after becoming a licensed Realtor with Century 21 Fusion.
At the same time, she became a former guest co-host on 98COOL with Gregger on Wednesday mornings which has quickly become one of the highlights of her week along with the flexibility for more family time.
Serving on the Board of Directors for Saskatoon Crime Stoppers, everything Meaghan does is done with integrity, warmth and compassion.
During her off time, she likes to spend time at the lake with her husband, her little one and her two teacup Yorkies Max and Mia.
